Firestone Complete Auto Care

The whole team is willing to do whatever they can to help, but Go in there and ask for Robert, long hair and glasses. He is down with the shit. Had a family friend have a flat tire in Batesville and they pulled from their trade in tires just to get her home. Then help me out swapping a tire and did it for a song. I told him next time I’d tip him fat, so the least I can do is put in a good review until next time. Earned my business for life.

Booked an appointment yesterday for 1pm today. Sat in the lobby for a hour and half listening to them add stuff to some dudes car that he repeatedly said he didn't ask for. All we needed was some freon. Like.... if another vehicle was gonna take that long, yall could have done did ours. So we just went to auto zone and did it ourselves. Cuz the wait if we stayed was gonna be another two hours

I came in on a busy Saturday. I did not have an appointment and I needed some brake work done. The crew at Firestone gave me my free inspection. They were very upfront about what I needed. Did not try to oversell me and the whole time I was there they impressed me with their constant professionalism. The tech that worked on my car was an absolute joy. He made sure to explain everything and made me feel comfortable about the work being done. I appreciate that they are able to work me in on a busy Saturday! While I sat in the waiting room, I overheard their conversations with one another. What I heard was nothing short of extreme professionalism, which left a lasting good impression. I will certainly Be visiting Firestone again they are my new go to for all of my automobile needs.

Came in today for a free brake check because I’ve been having many issues with my vehicle. When I entered the building I was greeted by Brian and he was super helpful during the whole process. The service was fast, efficient and was kept in the loop when it came to any updates to my car. Would definitely recommend coming here for affordable auto care services.!
